What was my role ?

My workshops and training sessions are centered on interactive teaching methods, emphasizing engagement and hands-on participation rather than mere lectures. It is invigorating to guide educators in leveraging technology tools to enhance their teaching practices and foster enthusiasm for learning among their students. When entering classrooms, I approach the situation with the mindset that everyone possesses valuable knowledge, allowing me to maintain a respectful and humble demeanor among fellow educators.

Upon engaging with teachers in South Africa, I discovered a gap in their familiarity with various applications that I considered commonplace. Witnessing their enthusiasm in honing their presentation skills and brainstorming methods to enrich their students' learning journey was truly inspiring.

I take pleasure in imparting knowledge in a manner that fosters a sense of inclusivity and mutual respect among participants, irrespective of their existing knowledge base. This experience serves as a reminder that teaching is a collaborative endeavor, where the exchange of knowledge is an opportunity for growth rather than a measure of weakness or superiority.
